About the Bay Area Manufacturing User Group (BAMUG)
The Bay Area Manufacturing User Group (BAMUG) is an official local chapter of the Autodesk User Group International (AUGI) organization. AUGI is an organization that is officially recognized by Autodesk, Inc. as representing the Autodesk user community. AUGI Manufacturing User Groups (AMUGs) are local chapters of AUGI with a common mission: to provide support for Autodesk product users in the manufacturing industry.
The Bay Area Manufacturing User Group (BAMUG) provides an environment for users to help users. This peer-to-peer support is offered in a number of ways, including online discussion groups, regular newsletters, and most importantly, chapter meetings. At local chapter meetings, users benefit from face-to-face contact with their peers, enabling them to form professional relationships and strengthen their networking efforts. The local chapter focuses on the needs of our individual members, providing educational opportunities and sharing information pertinent to the local community. Meetings and programs are tailored to the needs of our region, and the local chapter can be a great source for jobs and product support.
From the Bay Area Manufacturing User Group (BAMUG) website, users can get technical help and support not only from their peers in the local community, but also other local chapter websites and from the worldwide AUGI network.
The Bay Area Manufacturing User Group (BAMUG) provides users a tremendous support network and information resource for assistance in using Autodesk’s many software products. Beyond that, the local chapter is a gateway for connection with users worldwide that make up the AUGI organization.
